ABOUT ME

My name is Amy and I'm a huge nerd. I like to talk about games, specifically politics and feminism in games. If you don't like that, this is not the place for you. :) I generally like to talk about positive things rather than negative things, so generally my blog will be filled with things I like rather than things I don't.

Other than gaming, I am a ex-environmental scientist and current middle school teacher. I love reading and have a strong passion for social justice. I am teaching myself how to draw and I love cooking in my little apartment that I live in with my lovely, nerdy, amazing husband.

I was born in the southern U.S. but immigrated to Canada when I was 22. I am very interested in both U.S. and Canadian politics, as well as international issues of social justice.
